No
Dreadfully disappointing. Truly, the most unpleasant Thanksgiving meal I have ever been served. The tragically over-salted turkey was served at about 80°F. Thin strands of (room temperature) broccoli rabe and a bland glutinous mass, that was probably meant to be dressing, accompanied. The quotidian potatoes were adequate, but, not warm. A nice apple-cranberry garnish perked things up a bit. If they had served more than two tablespoons, it would have made for a better experience. This was the first time I didn't prepare the meal myself and the last time I will ever forgo it. Three day prep and two day clean up aside, it's a far better value to cook at home...and most importantly, it's way yummier.
This restaurant was amazing! From the decor to the service, I stayed on a Sunday night which the hotel world in Sacramento is pretty dead then. My sister and I had the whole restaurant to ourselves, we were able to watch the Sopranos on our phone without disturbing anyone lol. It was very nice, our server was an older African-American gentleman and he was outstanding!! We had ordered the calamari appetizer which was pretty spectacular, my sister's entree was the steak which she thought was to die for and I had the salmon which was also excellent! Thank you for an awesome evening!
Delicious food, excellent and friendly service. Really enjoyed our Thanksgiving meal here!
American food at this place - yummy. I love eating here. The service here is outstanding.
Lovely place. Great service. Nice food. Generous portions.
Ordered the turkey burger, a mocha and a piece of cherry. Was good food but had to eat my burger with a fork after the meat broke apart. The mocha had 1/2 in of foam. And i was given blueberry not cherry (not what I asked for) this is suppose to be an actual restaurant. Not a place where they slope together what you ordered. Edited, Well shame on me. I went went ordered a coffee and piece of cherry Pie. Got coffee barely qualified as hot and not Cherry Pie. Given me what I ordered would have required cutting into a fresh pie. So they decided I would not know the difference any way. The food has resemblance of quality but there service sucks.
Great food great service
Great food, if smallish portions. Beautiful atmosphere and the wait staff was excellent. Our particular waiter waited on us hand and foot and offered several helpful suggestions. Honors members also received 20% off their meal with a coupon, which helped significantly with the cost!
Sunday super for four-no one happy. Our waiter Dave was fun, but was a coffee shop experience and a very pricey one at that.
american food at this place - excellent. Staff is always super even when they have a full house. I will be bringing family next time. Atmosphere and food reminds me of Virginia Beach.
Good food, nice service
This restaurant is inside the Embassy Suites. The calamari was excellent- just the right amount of spice. They provide warm bread- sourdough and cranberry walnut. The cranberry walnut bread is surprisingly delicious. I chose the prix fixe menu for $23.99: summer corn bisque, cubed steak (too salty) with mashed potatoes and vegetables, and caramel flan. My son ordered the braised chicken, my hubby and my other son ordered the cioppino (too salty), my son's girlfriend ordered the mushroom risotto (perfect), and my sister ordered the porter house (mediocre). The service was good, especially since we came after 9:00 pm. We waited for our entree longer than I expected.
American food and service at this location is great. Dropped in on Mon I think. This place has a good atmosphere.
My favorite place for American food. Food was so appetizing. Looking forward to returning with my friends. Prices are fair.
Great food! It was delicious! Service was fantastic. Multiple orders were brought out overcooked and they immediately rushed to fix it. Our happiness was their main concern
Free drinks! Ok only if you are staying at the hotel and only weekdays during happy hour and there's a limit of 2 I think. Nice place can get a bit crowded during the week.
A great place for lunch
The Tower Bridge Bistro is in the Embassy Suites Hotel, across from the Old Town Sacramento. We found the food at the Bistro to be better than the tourist food in Old Town and their happy hour is great too.
Food was actually pretty good, prices were a bit high, but they were very accommodating because we were on a time crunch to get to Cirque du Soleil. They got it out as quick as possible. Nice folks.
Good food and fast service
The food was fantastic and our server David was wonderful!
Great food, excellent service, fabulous menu. Always good especially the bar has my favorite bar tender in America, Violeta, and my favorite Pyramid Hefeweizen
We were hungry after browsing the nearby Tower Bridge Bistro . I had a few places in mind, but husband said this was close, looked decent, why not? We were not disappointed. The place was clean, service good, and burgers super tasty and fresh. We each got cheeseburgers, plus a garlic fries to split. I love that you can get garlic fries!Tower Bridge Bistro
Love their Vegan Challenge menus. And David is a fabulous waiter.
David and Michelle are absolutely Fabulous!! We stopped in and couldnt be more impressed. Wine was outstanding and the ribeye even better.
Chicken Tacos were great!
Good service. The chocolate torte & salmon dinner was on point!
The pasta is excellent, the portabella salad delightful. Service was quick and personable and the location lovely.
american food, delicious. Really nothing but good experiences here. I see why this place has so many great reviews.
Very good spot for dinner. Everything on the menu is done very well. I have dinner here before every event at the golden one center I attend.
Amazing place to stay close to the bridge and for others places around
Good location for American food. The fool was super appetizing. The service here is friendly. Kinda of like a restaurant in Los Angeles I loved to visit.
Sometimes you eat at your hotel for convenience...sometimes because your group are meeting you there. Sometimes you went for one reason but the food is SO GOOD you plan to go again for all of the above reasons and one more ... The omelettes!
Don't let the decor deter you. We almost left. Not being snobby but it really didn't look like a nice place, we were trying the special restaurant week menu. My wine arrived with cork in it...again, not giving me much hope however, my spinach and brussel sprout salad was delicious. The sturgeon over rosti was a surprise. It was my first time eating sturgeon. My husband's salmon was also nicely prepared. It was well worth the trip. Menu is ambitious for the size of the dining room. They really should update the dining room though.
Good food and service. I got half pound burger which looks like a pound worth of meat. Salmon is delicious too. Compare with nearby Joe's Crab shack it's a much much better experience both on food quality and price aspect.
Great food, fast and friendly service. I had a turkey burger, it was delicious!
That was really good food and well done. I recommend this restaurant .
The food
Outstanding place for quality american food. I can say this place does it for me. Nothing but enjoyable experiences here. Bring your hunger - portions are generous.
Whenever we stay at this property, we always order here for either lunch or dinner. They have great food with reasonable prices as well as great service. We had their salads, which were excellent and fresh. Burgers look amazing, but we did not try those. My little one had the corn dog with french fries. This was very good as well. Big portion from the kids menu. The restaurant offers a veriety of entrées to choose from. You will not be disappointed.
My favorite location for American food. I give this place two thumbs up. I had a brother come into town and asked me to take him back here. Prices are decent for the quality.
Quiet comfortable and very good food
awesome mothers day brunch.
Best French dip and onion soup.
8/12/15 ate here with some colleagues because it was convenient. I ordered a 16oz rib eye cooked medium; it was a very thin cut for a rib eye and was served to me almost completely raw like ahi tuna. The waiter had the steak cooked some more, reserved it, and never came back to ask me how it was. He probably knew it was terrible at this point - dried out and tough. I'm guessing it was a frozen steak. For $30 I expect better, cooking a steak is not difficult.
Great service!
The service at Bistro was absolutely incredible. Upon requesting the reservation for my fiance's birthday it was quite a surprise for her. The food selection is kept decent, but you will not be disappointed. The service here is top of the line and I would recommend anyone who wants to celebrate a special birthday surprise.
Great place staff is attantive cost for drinks yea bring your own bottle but food at the Market place pretty good and pricing is about right for the area being downtown sac town... Had a great time..
Reasonable price, great food and fast service. I will definately be back. French dip was very good.
